no limits 2024 Recreational Sports Leagues

No Limits Recreational Volleyball League is a rec level volleyball league for players ages 6-17. One of the biggest differences in No Limits rec and other rec leagues, is all of our coaches have practice plans prepared for them and a list of skills their players should learn over the course of the season. Players can advance at the rec level and then determine if they want to continue to challenge themselves through volleyball by trying out for our competitive club volleyball or mini club volleyball teams each July. We use multiple churches in South Lakeland and North Bartow, all within 10 miles of each other to hold practices. Games and practices will be played at Trinity. Season is 7 weeks. Teams practice once a week and have one game each week.

No Limits Recreational Flag Football League is a rec level flag football league for players ages 3-17. One of the biggest differences in No Limits rec and other rec leagues, is all of our coaches have practice plans prepared for them and a list of skills their players should learn over the course of the season. Players can advance at the rec level and decide if they want to continue to a higher level with travel flag football. Our main facility for practices and games is the Cypress Soccer Complex on S. Edgewood Drive in Lakeland, FL. We use multiple churches in South Lakeland, all within 5 miles of each other as our backup sites to hold practices. Games will be played on Saturdays. Season is 7-8 weeks. Teams practice once a week and have one game each week.

Players get a jersey, shorts, and socks. No Limits Recreational Soccer League is a rec level soccer league for players ages 3-15. Coaches have access to practice plans prepared for them and a list of skills their players should learn over the course of the season. Players can advance at the rec level and decide if they want to continue to a higher level with our No Limits Club Soccer program. Our main facility for practices and games is the Cypress Soccer Complex on S. Edgewood Drive in Lakeland, FL. We use multiple churches in South Lakeland, all within 5 miles of each other as our backup sites to hold practices. Games will be played on Saturdays.  Season is 7-8 weeks. Teams practice once a week and have one game each week.

No Limits Adult rec league is for players 18 and older. You can bring your entire team or just sign up and be placed with others who love the game of volleyball and want to get active. 7 week season.
